Mochi is a Japanese rice cake made of glutinous rice pounded into paste and molded into shape. Mochiko takes on putting ice cream inside Mochi balls - it's indulgent, but definitely worth it! Our favorites include Strawberry, Sesame, Caramel and Green Tea. The mochi is nice and soft, with just the right amount of chewiness. This month (until July 3), Mochiko is featuring a new flavor - Chocnut Mochi Ice Cream (₱70) filled With chunks of chocnut swirled around creamy chocolate ice cream.
Mochiko is at Cliffhouse Tagaytay and on weekends at Mercato Centrale and Rockwell's Baker's Fair (Rockwell in July)
